Moisturizer and serum purchase
I had the worst experience with this company recently. Everything was a mess from start to finish. I placed my order, got the confirmation email, and then heard nothing. No updates, no tracking info, nada. I tried calling customer service, but the number on their site was a joke - no one answered! After shooting off a couple emails, I finally got a response after the second one. But get this - it was some generic auto-reply that didn't help at all. Super frustrating, right? Needless to say, I won't be shopping here again.

Family member's unwanted items
I reached out to VFS a bunch of times in the last couple of weeks because I wanted to sell some stuff my family doesn't want anymore. But, they never got back to me. I was really bummed out because I heard good things from a family member who bought from them in the past. Hopefully, they start getting better at responding to messages soon.

Oh my gosh, this place is amazing! I was running behind schedule because of really bad traffic, but they saved me so much time by being incredibly helpful and caring. Big shoutout to Caroline for being awesome and doing such a great job!
