DexaScans, RMR, and VO2 tests
I just got some DexaScans, RMR, and VO2 tests from this place, and man, I am really not happy. I booked appointments for the DexaScan and RMR tests, and at the last minute they canceled on MLK Day. Apparently, SimonMed said they couldn't get a hold of me by phone. Seriously? FITNESCITY had no problem texting and emailing me, so why couldn't SimonMed do the same? To top it off, a friend of mine had her DexaScan appointment canceled out of the blue without even telling her. When she tried to get answers, she just got the runaround with no real help. And on top of all that, my emails have been ignored, even though they were quick to respond before I paid. The lack of communication and professionalism here is really disappointing.
DEXA scans
I've had three DEXA scans at this place and every time has been fantastic! Dr. Mansour really knows his stuff and took the time to answer all of my questions. I've even told my clients about this place because the service is so great.
DEXA scan at a partner location
I went to a partner location in New Jersey for a DEXA scan. The office was really nice and the staff was great. The doctor went over the results with me in person, then we switched to virtual reviews. I had to wait a couple of days for a scheduled time, but it wasn't a big deal. The results were easy to understand. I highly suggest using the Fitnescity platform and I'm happy to see how much they're growing.
