New shoes
I recently got these really awesome new shoes from Journeys and wore them to school. Everyone thought they were cool too. But then I lost them and I was so bummed. I contacted Journeys about it, but they said they couldn't refund me because Fedex confirmed delivery. But Fedex just left it on the mailbox where anyone could snatch it up! It's not my fault it disappeared. I believe Journeys should refund me since I bought the shoes from them. I'm pretty ticked off about it and I won't give up until I get my money back!

Overpriced bracelet
After I bought this super expensive bracelet, I was so bummed out when the charms just kept falling off out of nowhere. And to top it off, the coating on the bracelet was all tarnished and coming off, so I couldn't even wear it. It was definitely not as good quality as I thought it would be for how much I spent on it. My advice: don't waste your money, go find something better somewhere else.

Denim jacket and graphic tee
Urban Outfitters seriously dropped the ball with their shipping. I ordered a denim jacket and this adorable graphic tee, expecting them to show up in a few days. But nope! Turns out the jacket was backordered and the tee took forever to ship. On top of that, they hit me with standard shipping fees even though it took weeks for my order to arrive. I am not impressed with their online ordering game, man. If you want your clothes ASAP, save yourself the headache and just hit up the store instead of dealing with all this nonsense.

Gift for Mother-in-law
Even though I was a little worried after seeing some bad reviews, I decided to go for it and buy a bag and personalized scarf as a gift for my mother-in-law. It did arrive a bit late, but let me tell ya, the items were stunning and they looked so nice when they came. I'll for sure order from here again, but next time I'll make sure to do it early to avoid any delays. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase.

Commuter pants purchase
I was really looking forward to trying out these commuter pants from this company, but man, I was so let down by the sizing and their whole international order thing. I tried twice and still couldn't get the right size. And their return and replacement policy? Not cool. Feels like a total rip-off having to shell out almost full price plus shipping for each replacement pair. Total bummer.

Meal kit delivery experience
I absolutely loved using the meal kit delivery service. The food tasted amazing, and you could tell how fresh the ingredients were with every bite. I really liked being able to skip all the meal planning and grocery shopping - it made eating healthy a breeze. The shipping was quick, and I got my meals right on time. And the customer service was excellent! Whenever I had a question, the people I talked to were super helpful, nice, and made sure to solve any issues right away.

Returned item, no refund
I bought this thing but it just didn't fit me right, so I decided to return it. And guess what? They never gave me my money back! It's so frustrating, like why can't they just do their job correctly? Customer service these days is the worst!

Necklace purchase
I bought some necklaces but I got nothing - no receipt or items! I used PayPal to pay but never got a confirmation. I've sent emails but haven't heard back. I can't even submit a ticket without an order number. They won't let me dispute the charge unless I sent the money through friends and family, which I did, and now I'm sorry I did. It's been a terrible experience!!!!

DEXA scan at a partner location
I went to a partner location in New Jersey for a DEXA scan. The office was really nice and the staff was great. The doctor went over the results with me in person, then we switched to virtual reviews. I had to wait a couple of days for a scheduled time, but it wasn't a big deal. The results were easy to understand. I highly suggest using the Fitnescity platform and I'm happy to see how much they're growing.
