Fast delivery and high-quality products
I've bought a bunch of stuff from this place and let me tell you, they're on top of their game when it comes to shipping. Even though they're all the way in Germany, my orders never take long to get here and they always show up in good shape. And the products? They're seriously high quality. The designs are just as awesome in real life as they are online, and the shirts and shorts are made from some seriously comfy fabric.

Delayed shipment issue
I placed an order with this company not too long ago, and I've been having a problem with my shipment for a while now. Even though I ordered it almost a month ago, the tracking info still says it's in pre-shipment. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund, but they said no because the shipment is still on its way. It's really frustrating not knowing where my package is, and it seems like even the company is confused about what's going on.

Incorrect sizing, unable to return
I recently bought a body suit from this store and it didn't fit me right. When I tried to return it, I found out the return address is in Bulgaria. I was okay with paying for the return shipping, but I had a hard time creating a mailing label with Stamps.com. They asked for a bunch of numbers like the HS tariff number, ITN number, and IOSS number that I didn't know. When I asked Candycatz for help, they couldn't provide the info I needed. In the end, I just decided to keep the item because the return process was too complicated. I was really disappointed with the customer service and won't be buying from them again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

At-home comprehensive lab test
As a long-time customer of the company, I was so excited to hear about their new at-home lab tests they just launched because of COVID-19. I decided to go for the whole shebang - cholesterol, glucose, pre-diabetes, testosterone, vitamins and more. Turns out, I was shocked to find out my vitamin D levels were super low, even though I thought I was good with my supplements. This lab test is seriously the bomb - great bang for your buck. After doing some digging, I can honestly say that the price and what you get with this test is unbeatable compared to other options out there. And to top it off, I got a free phone call with a doctor included. All in all, I totally recommend this lab test to anyone looking for a full health check. The only downside was waiting 12 days for my results online, but it was worth it.

Recent sock purchase
I recently bought some socks, but I never got them even though the tracking number said they were delivered. I contacted customer service, and Lili got back to me quickly. She told me the socks I wanted were out of stock, but she made sure to send the ones they did have right away and refunded me for the ones I didn't get. I also decided to add one more pair to my order, and everything was taken care of smoothly with good communication. I was really impressed with the customer service I got.
