VO2 Max test
My wife and I just did the VO2 Max test and it was really neat! It was so interesting to learn about our fitness levels and it felt great to know we're on track. We're already planning to do it again in six months. Setting up the appointment was a breeze and the online reports were really well done. We're looking forward to our follow-up call to ask more questions. All in all, it was a fantastic experience!

Unfulfilled order and lack of customer support
I've been really let down by this company. I ordered something and it never showed up. I've tried emailing their customer support a bunch of times, but I haven't heard back at all. And when I called, I got a voicemail saying all the agents are tied up in training for a whole week. Not hearing back and not getting any help has me feeling pretty frustrated and unhappy with the service.

Lace lingerie set
I bought a lace lingerie set, but it turned out to be lower quality than I thought. The material felt cheap and scratchy on my skin. I ended up sending it back without even opening it up. The return process was a pain and not very easy to do. I had to fill out a long form and buy my own shipping label, which was annoying. All in all, I was let down by the product and the return process.
