Omni X10 order
I was really pumped to order the Omni X10 because I heard it was the latest and greatest tech gadget out there. However, I was surprised when it said it would take 3-7 working days for delivery! The 7 days came and went, and still no sign of my Omni X10. So, I decided to contact customer support to figure out what was going on. It's been an extra 2 working days and I still haven't heard anything back! I've used eufy products before and they were decent, but this whole situation is definitely making me reconsider buying from them in the future.

I bought some pet supplies online and then found out there was some funky stuff happening on my credit card not long after. The website seemed all good at first, but when I saw that the call center was in the UK, it got me thinking. It was weird how they said they were a "Global store" when I'm here in the US. So, I dug a bit deeper and figured out they were probably pulling off a worldwide scam. Luckily, I caught those fishy charges and got them sorted out with my credit card company.
