Late delivery and unprofessional customer service
Man, that shopping situation was a total nightmare! I got these items a while ago and I've been trying to send them back for what seems like ages. The pickup dates kept switching up without warning, and then they straight up canceled my return request without even asking. And can you believe, when the delivery guy finally came, they wanted ME to take the stuff back to their spot! Like seriously? They basically want us customers to do all the work for them. Can you imagine?

Booking hotel, car, and flight to Orlando, Fla.
Man, let me tell you about Priceline! I booked a hotel, car, and flight to Orlando, Florida, and let me tell you - huge disappointment! The car rental wasn't even at the airport, can you believe that? We had to take a shuttle to the rental office, not a big deal, but then it took them over an hour to get a car ready for us. When I asked why it was taking so long, the guy just looked at me like a deer caught in headlights! No answer, no explanation, just a blank stare. And when we finally got to our hotel at West Gate Towne Center, they gave us a room that looked nothing like the picture we booked. Ended up having to pay an extra $300 to get the room we originally wanted. And on top of all that, West Gate had this crazy no-cash policy that they never mentioned beforehand. What a bummer! No way am I booking through Priceline again, and if West Gate keeps up that no-cash rule, I may not even go back there at all!

Shoes in wrong sizes
The store really messed up my shoe sizes twice in one month! The first pair they sent me was supposed to be my size, but it was way off. And then, with the second pair, they labeled it as a size 5 when I clearly ordered a size 10! It's been such a hassle trying to get my money back for the return shipping. Why do they keep making these huge mistakes?

Clothing from this company
I just got some clothes from this company and man, let me tell you, I was super bummed out about how things went down. The stuff I got was okay, not the worst quality I've seen. But when it came to customer service, it was like pulling teeth. I tried hitting them up through text, phone, and email, and all I got back was crickets. I couldn't get any help or answers to my questions, no matter how hard I tried. I even had to bring in my credit card company to help sort things out, and still, no dice from the company. Total bummer, man.
