    Faulty press machine

    I bought a new press last week, but it's been giving me issues. It never reaches the right temperature and keeps timing out. I reached out to customer support, but they're being difficult even after I provided proof. So I'm planning on disputing the charge with my credit card, filing a complaint with the BBB, and sharing my experience on social media to make sure others are aware of this shady company.

    Heat press and vinyl bundle

    I got this heat press and vinyl bundle recently, but man, this heat press just won't turn on! I've tried reaching out to them through emails, Facebook messages, and online chat, but no one's getting back to me. It's really getting on my nerves because I was so excited about their products, but now I'm feeling pretty let down. I even looked for a phone number to call, but no dice. It's really disappointing that their warranty doesn't seem to mean anything when they can't even bother to respond to their customers. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card because of this faulty product and lack of customer service. It's a shame because I know a lot of people love their stuff, but I just can't seem to catch a break. If you're searching for a company that's reliable with good customer service, this one ain't it.

    Heat press purchase issue

    I recently bought a heat press from this company and ran into some issues when I tried setting it up. Unfortunately, the machine wouldn’t turn on no matter what I tried with different outlets. I contacted customer service for help, but all I got were automated emails, and the responses only came super early in the morning, which made things even more difficult. The lack of real human assistance and the back and forth with customer service has left me very let down. They want me to pay for shipping to return the broken machine, which I think is totally unfair. It's now September and this whole ordeal has been a huge headache. If you're thinking about getting a heat press, I suggest looking at other options to avoid the frustration I've gone through.

    Complete starter package for sublimation printing

    I bought a full sublimation printing starter pack from an online store not long ago. The site said they'd ship orders within 24 hours, but it ended up taking more than 10 days with no updates. I had to message them to ask about my order. At first, they said it would ship by March 25th, but then changed it to March 30th because they ran out of sublimation paper. The delay and lack of communication really frustrated and disappointed me. I've asked for a refund because of the bad service.

    Inkjet transfer paper purchase

    Man, this inkjet transfer paper was a total pain to deal with. It was way too big for my printer, causing a bunch of problems when I tried to print. As if that wasn't bad enough, the ink started running everywhere and messed up my design. And don't even get me started on trying to peel the paper off the protective film - it was like trying to pull apart magnets! Such a frustrating and disappointing time, felt like I just threw my money down the drain.

    Big heat press, small vinyl

    I just got this amazing heat press that was supposed to come with some free vinyl, but they split up the shipment. So, I ended up receiving the vinyl in two separate pieces but the heat press is still missing! I've been going back and forth with them through email, but they're not really being helpful. All they keep saying is to check with my neighbors or family, but I know for sure it didn't get delivered. And to top it off, they won't even let me know which carrier they used. It's pretty frustrating.
