Text messaging service
I've been using the text messaging service for a while now, and I've always found it reliable and effective. But things changed when I got an email saying they're now charging £120 a year for the Sender ID feature that used to be free. That really bummed me out. It feels like they're trying to get good reviews by bombarding customers with popups, and now I get why - they knew people would be upset about the price increase. Sadly, this is a deal-breaker for me, so I'm gonna have to say goodbye and close my account.

I bought a pair of shoes from this company and was really bummed when they showed up in the wrong color and size. I bought a birthday present and paid more for express shipping ‘cause I needed it quickly. It’s been 3 days and still no confirmation it’s been sent, so I emailed them. Turns out there was a holiday in Italy holding up my order even more. They said they’d refund me for the extra shipping cost, but it’s been a whole week and my order still hasn’t shipped. Their service is the worst!

Heat press and vinyl bundle
I got this heat press and vinyl bundle recently, but man, this heat press just won't turn on! I've tried reaching out to them through emails, Facebook messages, and online chat, but no one's getting back to me. It's really getting on my nerves because I was so excited about their products, but now I'm feeling pretty let down. I even looked for a phone number to call, but no dice. It's really disappointing that their warranty doesn't seem to mean anything when they can't even bother to respond to their customers. This kind of customer service is just not okay.
