    Organizers too expensive!

    Meetup is just way too pricey for organizers. I mean, they want over $200 bucks annually for a basic account - that's insane! And to top it off, I can't even find a way to get in touch with customer service to voice my complaints. And let me tell you, their customer service is seriously lacking. They seriously need to improve that aspect.

    Rug purchase

    So, I bought this rug and it's been a total disaster dealing with the customer service and delivery. I ordered the rug back on May 24th, and they said it would arrive by June 6th. But come June 12th, I hadn't heard anything about where my rug was or if there were any delays. I called the company up multiple times, and they tell me the new delivery date is July 6th. Pretty annoying, right? I talked to a manager to express my frustrations and to ask for some help, but nope, same thing happened when they replaced my order with something else that was in stock. The lack of communication and organization within this company is pretty concerning. So, I decided to cancel my order because I just can't rely on their service. My advice to anyone else looking to buy stuff, check out other companies, especially if you need things on time.

    Defective wallpaper replacement

    Even though I got some messed up wallpaper from them, the company really stepped up to make things right in a jiffy. The boss himself took care of my problem and made sure my new order got processed super fast. And get this - they didn't just replace the bad wallpaper, they also hooked me up with some discounts I didn't even know I could get. It really showed me how much they care about making customers happy. I gotta say, I'm really impressed with their top-notch customer service and how they handle problems like a pro.

    Shoes not as expected

    I had high hopes for these shoes because they were pricey, but I was disappointed. The stitching was uneven, and one shoe was noticeably tighter than the other. I got them at a discount, but I still think I paid too much considering the issues. Returning them was a hassle and cost extra money. Plus, they didn't fit right – too loose even though I ordered a smaller size for my narrow feet.

    Multiple jacket orders

    I had a really bad time shopping at this store. I bought two sizes of the same jacket, but my order got canceled because they couldn't verify my payment, even though I had charges pending in my bank account. I tried to buy one size with a different card, and it went through at first, but then a week later they said it was out of stock and canceled that too. It was such a waste of time and a total joke. The customer service was a disaster, and it felt like they didn't care about my business at all. If they can't figure things out, they should just close up shop.

    iMac purchase

    OMG you guys, I just got my iMac from this store and it's seriously amazing! It arrived right on time, works like a dream, and looks totally brand new! I snagged such a great deal and their service was absolutely top-notch. I'm definitely coming back to shop here again!
