Merlin jacket purchase
I came across the Merlin jacket online and thought I'd give it a shot. Ordering was easy, no problems at all. The package made it to me in the Midlands UK in great shape and on time. When I tried on the jacket, I was happily surprised by how well it fit and how good the quality was. It's cozy, comfy, and clearly well-crafted. I can tell I'll be wearing this for a while. Two sweatshirts
I just bought two sweatshirts from this company and man, what a letdown. When the package got here, I saw that it was sealed up so bad that one of the sweatshirts fell out during delivery. So now I only got one. I tried to reach out to customer service by sending two emails, but they ghosted me. This lack of response and care in packaging and shipping is not cool at all. I won't be buying from this company again, that's for sure.
