    I just got a new pair of shoes from your site and they came looking kinda beat up. The soles were dirty, and there were scuff marks and a scratch on the side. I tried reaching out to customer service about it to see what we can do, but I haven't heard anything back yet.

    I ordered some sneakers online, but guess what? They sent me the wrong shoes! So, I reached out to customer service, and they totally fixed it right away and sent me the right ones with no extra charge. Gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how smoothly they handled everything.

    My shoes falling apart after only 5 months.

    My shoes are just 5 months old and I barely even wear them, but the rings where the laces go keep coming out. I've sent them in for repair twice now, and they only fixed them for a short time. Just two weeks later, the rings fell out again. They told me there's nothing more they can do, and now I'm feeling like I wasted a bunch of money.

    I just bought a pair of shoes, but there were some delays in getting updates on my order. I tried reaching out to the company a few times, but didn't hear back quickly. The shoes looked great online, but the customer service could use some work. Finally got my shoes after two weeks and they were really nice, so at least there's that. Still think customer service could be better to make things easier for other customers.

    Pair of sneakers

    I bought a pair of sneakers from your store not too long ago, and I was pretty let down with what I got. One shoe was fine, but the other had some obvious stitching problems. I shelled out a good amount of money for these sneakers, so I was hoping for better quality and more care put into making them. It was a bummer to end up with a product that didn't live up to what I was hoping for.

    Shoes, disappointing service

    I bought these shoes because they were high quality and looked really cool, just what I wanted. But, I gotta say, my whole experience kinda sucked because DPD was terrible and I couldn't even get a hold of customer service when I needed help. Even though the shoes were great, the lack of good customer support really bummed me out. It's just not right that a good product got overshadowed by all the service problems I had.

    Mismatched colors, slow refund process

    The shoes I got didn't look like the colors on the website. When I tried to send them back, it was such a pain, and it took forever to get my money back. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this place to anybody.
