Shoes for son
I bought a pair of shoes for my son, but they didn't fit because he's in between sizes. So, I decided to order two sizes to make sure we got the right one, especially since the website said they had a return policy. But when I reached out to customer service to start the return, they told me I had to send the shoes back on my own. They said I needed a tracking number within 7 days and that shipping could cost $10-30, which is actually more than what the shoes cost. This return policy just doesn't seem fair and leaves customers with stuff that doesn't work for them.
