I recently bought antivirus software from this company and I gotta say, I am really happy with how well it works. The installation was a breeze and it's been running like a dream on my laptop with no problems at all. I feel a lot better now knowing that my online stuff is safe and sound thanks to this antivirus software.

Hospice meal order
I was really upset by how the customer service reps at this company treated me. I called to ask about portion sizes for meals I wanted to order for a friend going through a hard time, but instead of helping me, they were rude and unprofessional. Dealing with loss and grief is tough enough, but dealing with a customer service team that lacks empathy is just too much. Even though I was patient and clear about what I needed, they were still rude and didn't seem to care about helping me. This whole experience has turned me off from ever using this service again, and I plan to tell everyone I know about how terrible their customer service is.
