Messy deliveries
I've ordered from this place two times now and both times my stuff showed up looking like a total disaster! The first package was covered in soy sauce that spilled all over everything, and the second box had a smashed cream that leaked all over my food. I had to throw away more than half of what was in the boxes! When I called to complain, customer service only gave me a lousy $5 off my whole order. What a joke! I'm never buying from this place again!

I just bought some CBD and Boswella gummies from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how they're working out for me. Contacted customer service regarding lost orders
Even though I had some trouble with lost orders at first, I gotta give it to the customer service team for coming through big time. I shot them an email to talk about what happened, and they didn't waste any time fixing things up and even gave me a nice deal to make up for it. They hooked me up with two months worth of the missing items without charging me a dime. That kind of quick and helpful service really went above and beyond what I was expecting, and it made me feel like a valued customer. I really gotta shout out the customer service team for their hard work and attention to detail.
