New sheets
I recently splurged on these new sheets everyone was hyping up. The sales pitch was all about how they'd become super soft and comfy after a wash or two. Well, let me tell you, they did not live up to the hype. I spent a pretty penny on these sheets, but they are nowhere near as cozy as my old, cheaper ones from the store. I just don't get why people are so obsessed with them.

I bought a backpack, but it smelled like gross old stuff and the computer pouch was too small.
I was really excited about getting this backpack, but man, when I opened it up, it stunk like it had been sitting in a musty basement for ages. And the pocket for my computer was way too small - major disappointment. On top of that, I was supposed to get ten greeting cards but only found eight. Such a letdown!

I bought some shave cream from this place not too long ago, and man, it was a total waste of money. It felt like something you'd grab at the dollar store - cheap and did not work well at all. And when I reached out to customer service to complain, they were no help whatsoever. It's really frustrating when a company doesn't back up their product, especially when it's such poor quality. I definitely won't be shopping here again.

Stay in the Kings Club Suite
My time at the hotel was really nice. The Kings Club Suite was awesome - super modern, bright, spacious, and had nice furniture which made it comfy and chill. The hotel's location was great, just a quick 10-minute walk to the town center in a cool and safe area. Even though I'm not into golf, the golf course views were actually really pretty and super peaceful. The breakfast was tasty and filling, perfect way to start the day. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I gotta give a shoutout to Kevin, the Operations Manager - he really went above and beyond to make sure I had a good time. All in all, it was a great deal and a perfect getaway - definitely thinking about booking a suite again next time I'm in town.

Ordered linen/cotton items, received polyester instead
I thought I was buying some linen/cotton stuff, but when I got my order, it was actually polyester. So, I reached out to customer service to sort out a return, but they tried to say it was my fault for "ordering the wrong thing or size." I was so upset that I called them up and told them I wouldn't be shopping there again. I even canceled my store card and the order.
