Amazing stay at a fancy hotel
I had such an amazing time at this really fancy hotel the other day! The service was incredible - like way better than that other fancy hotel I went to in London. The staff were super friendly and the rooms were so clean and fancy. I've stayed at this place a few times now and it's always been absolutely fantastic.
Afternoon tea experience
I just had the best time having afternoon tea with my partner. We got a voucher as a gift, so I booked it online and we went. When we got there, a really nice staff member welcomed us and showed us to our table. The sandwiches and cakes were so good, and the restaurant was really clean and well-kept. I think other people should definitely try this experience out.
Great Service, Spacious Room
I had a really great stay at this hotel. The staff were super nice and helpful, they really went out of their way to make us happy. The room was big and really clean, so we had a really comfortable stay. It was just all around fantastic.
terrible stay
My time at the hotel was pretty disappointing. I had a room in the fancy part, where you're supposed to feel like a king, but instead, I was freezing cold the whole time. The bathroom didn't even have a heater or a warm towel rack. And when I went to eat at the restaurant, it was a mess. There weren't enough staff and they seemed clueless. We had to wait forever for a table, then they forgot about us. The food was terrible too. I ordered a rib eye steak, but it looked sad and overcooked. They even forgot our dessert. Seriously, is it that hard to remember dessert? Overall, I'd definitely recommend avoiding this place.
Stay in the Kings Club Suite
My time at the hotel was really nice. The Kings Club Suite was awesome - super modern, bright, spacious, and had nice furniture which made it comfy and chill. The hotel's location was great, just a quick 10-minute walk to the town center in a cool and safe area. Even though I'm not into golf, the golf course views were actually really pretty and super peaceful. The breakfast was tasty and filling, perfect way to start the day. The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I gotta give a shoutout to Kevin, the Operations Manager - he really went above and beyond to make sure I had a good time. All in all, it was a great deal and a perfect getaway - definitely thinking about booking a suite again next time I'm in town.
