I've ordered from this company a bunch of times before, but this last time was a total disaster. I never got my order and even after sending a bunch of emails, I haven't heard anything back or gotten any tracking info. The fact that they haven't communicated with me and failed to come through has completely put me off from ever buying from them again.

My last trip was super hyped up, but it totally flopped. What's the deal with switching platforms without any warning? And let's not even start on the worthless WiFi on the train! But hey, at least the staff and cleanliness were top-notch.

K2 Kush and Pineapple Express strains
The stuff I got from Plain Jane is usually really good - super fresh and packed up real nice. But I gotta say, I was bummed out when I got my hands on the K2 Kush and Pineapple Express strains in my recent order. The website made these strains sound real special, so I was excited to try them. But when they showed up, they looked just like any ol' regular strains - nothing unique about 'em. That kinda let me down and got me wondering if the website was really on point with their product descriptions.
