Bought this after a friend recommended it. The stuff itself feels nice — fabric is thick, seams hold, colors true. I liked wearing it. But only half my order arrived. Tracking showed delivered, and one parcel came with the bag ripped and something taken then taped back up. Makes me uneasy, so I won't order again.
Great gear, dodgy delivery
I was excited to try these for my daily commute, they feel nice and sturdy, and honestly the small things I got work great—soft straps, solid stitching. But half my order never showed up, I even got a delivery notice. One box was opened and something taken, taped back. Kinda bummed, won’t risk another buy for now.
Finally a win during the move
I was knee-deep in moving boxes when I finally sighed—this one actually worked out. First parcel disappeared and I was pretty upset, but support tracked it down, sent a replacement fast and even tossed in extra packing tape. Needed something sturdy for my bad back and heavy boxes; that little bonus surprised me.
Product fine, policy not
I first saw this on Instagram and told my roommate to check it out. The item itself is actually nice—sturdy fabric, fits well and feels solid in hand—no complaints there. But when I wanted a return they demanded I destroy the product and send proof before refunding. That policy made me stop buying.
Strange return rule
I liked how the jacket felt — soft, fit was nice, actually surprised by the quality. But when I wanted to return it they told me to destroy the item and send photo proof before a refund. That felt wrong and wasteful. Not cool. Honestly, overall pretty disappointed and annoying too.
Finally arrived, sort of
good weight, materials seem durable and they work as expected in daily use. Not a great overall experience because of the wait, but relieved and kind of happy it ended okay — unlike past companies that ghosted me.
Order vanished mid-move
I ordered about €500 worth of stuff because I was moving and needed a few basics (and my back was already sore from lifting). I got constant delay messages, so I kept waiting. Months went by. I contacted support many times. Finally someone asked for order details and then said it was too old to do anything. No refund, no help. Feels like they just vanished the order. Pretty disappointed, honestly.
Not what I hoped for
I was excited to get this — thought it would replace a daily item I use for work. Package never arrived, and the tracking number turned out useless when I checked with the carrier. Customer support is all bot replies, no one to talk to, which is frustrating. Tried to get a refund but hit a wall. I'll complain on social channels and call consumer protection, a hassle I didn't want.
Last-minute refund relief
Right when the refund email popped up I finally relaxed, after days of tracing a dodgy tracking number and being bounced between Royal Mail and an automated help line. It wasn't smooth, wasted time, annoyed messages, had to nudge them on social media — but they did refund in the end. Not ideal, still buggy service, so save screenshots and push a bit if you need closure. Worked for me, but could be better.
Relief That Didn't Last
double‑check addresses and save screenshots.
Address mix-up, not impressed
I ordered a replacement charger I use every day for work, and the package was labeled wrong even though I typed the right address — so it got returned and then everything fell apart. Support said a refund was "issued" but it's only visible on their side, not mine. Worse, when I tried to mark it undelivered they wanted my card details and a promise to cover fees if they decide it arrived. The charger itself looked fine when I finally saw it, oddly. Not great.
Thirteen, huh
I wouldn't trust them again. I ordered 18 items and they only sent 13 — yes, thirteen — so that was the first headache. They asked for account numbers so a "special team" could investigate and warned I'd be fined $100 if I lied, which felt ridiculous. I waited 2.5 hours to talk to someone and mostly got a robot (real conversation never happened). I first saw them because a coworker tipped me; I even told a friend. Disappointing and kinda a waste of money.
Move-night lifesaver
I remember the moment — half-unpacked, sore back from moving and fed up with overpriced stores. I ordered a cheap foam topper here just to tide me over, and when it arrived I actually slept without waking up in pain for once. That’s when I knew they were worth a shot. Site was easy, delivery came on time, and support helped when a seller mix-up happened. Quality varies by seller, but for the price this felt like a win.
Surprisingly decent pick
I remember ripping open the box on my couch, halfway through a movie, and thinking — huh, this is actually pretty close to what I expected. I'd used a few other budget sites that sent junk, so I was braced for disappointment, but here the price was right and the gadget worked. The site is easy to use, delivery showed up when they said, and support helped once with a small issue. Quality can vary by seller, so look at reviews.
Relief after a mess
I was on the second hold when the rep finally said they'd resend the missing five items — that's when I actually relaxed. It took a long time, and yes, the bot-first experience was annoying, like with a few other retailers lately, but the human agent checked my order, apologized, and arranged a quick replacement and partial refund. Not perfect — one item arrived slightly scuffed — but the follow-up and refund made it work for me. Would use them again, cautiously, for future orders.
Mixed bag from Sara Mart
I buy a lot of basics here and most items feel decent — soft sweaters, sturdy mugs — stuff I reach for every morning. Packaging is fine. Some orders arrived quick and I was actually impressed. But when things go wrong it’s slow. One missing Christmas package was refunded fast, which I liked, yet another canceled order has been stuck and the refund is taking forever, still waiting. Customer service is polite but slow to respond. It’s annoying around holidays when money’s tight. Overall I’ll keep buying, just wish the refunds were faster.
Not what I expected
once the card company stepped in, the money showed up in my account within ten days. That's when I knew this was over and actually satisfied — not because they suddenly cared, but because the dispute worked. So, lesson learned: save screenshots, keep emails, pay with a card you can dispute. I'm still wary — the whole process felt shady and clumsy — but the resolution was solid. If you've been burnt before, take that extra step. It saved me time and got my cash back. Also, check reviews before buying; it helps.
Mostly solid, a few refund headaches
I was unloading groceries and I remember thinking, okay this is worth it — that’s when I felt satisfied. I order a lot of household items from Sara Mart and most of the time things show up fine. One Christmas I had a missing box and they refunded me within two days, which sold me. On the other hand I’ve had cancellations hang in pending forever; one cancelled in mid-December and refund window said Jan 1–19 and I'm still waiting. So overall happy, but refunds can be slow, especially around holidays.
Unexpectedly useful headache
I was really surprised — I thought this would be a straightforward refund, but it turned into a hassle, and honestly I learned a few things I didn’t expect. I followed their refund steps exactly: destroyed the item like they said, took clear photos, uploaded everything on time. I double-checked the instructions, waited, and then got a message claiming the item hadn’t been destroyed. No proof, no clear explanation, just a refusal. That felt wrong — like, where’s the evidence? I reached out, resent the docs, explained the timeline calmly, and the response was... kind of flat. Not rude, just not helpful. I expected more clarity and quicker resolution.
That weird relief when the refund finally showed up
I ordered, stuff went sideways, and they kept promising a full refund in emails. I saved every single message like some paranoid archivist — and that's what saved me. After weeks of being strung along, I paid with my credit card and opened a dispute. Not glamorous, but effective. The moment I knew I was actually going to be okay was when the bank called and said the amount was being returned; I actually laughed out loud, felt stupidly relieved, like, finally. A bit annoyed I had to fight for it, but also grateful it worked — took about 10 days after the dispute. If someone tips you to save receipts and use a card, listen. It wasn't fun, but the outcome was better than I expected, so yeah, lesson learned and I'm relieved.
