Baseball cards set
I bought some baseball cards from this company, but when they arrived, they were all messed up. I contacted customer service right away and even showed them proof that the package was delivered. But, they still insisted that I had to pay for the damaged cards and wouldn't give me a refund. Sabrina, the customer service rep I talked to, was not helpful at all. It felt like she was asking for info just to ignore my complaints. Dealing with their bad communication and terrible customer service really annoyed me and left me totally unhappy with how everything turned out.

Yummy food last night
Last night, we had the most delicious food! The restaurant had awesome decorations that made me feel super cozy. The waiters were really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. But let's talk about the food - it was absolutely AMAZING! I'm already looking forward to going back and trying their pasta because I heard it's even better than what we had last night.
Review about: Swimoutlet
Swimwear purchase
The swimwear products are really well-made, but I ran into some problems with the sizing and exchange policy. I needed to get a smaller size, but it ended up being pricier than the original top I purchased. On top of that, they charge a $5.99 fee for returns, even if I drop off the item at a "Happy Returns" location in person.

Lightroom preset purchase
I recently bought a set of Lightroom presets from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality and variety of presets they offer. These presets have seriously boosted my photography game and made editing much easier. I'm especially loving the film emulation presets - they give my photos a classic, timeless vibe that I'm really into. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to step up their photo editing game.
Review about: eLibrary
eBook purchase
In general, my experience with eLibrary was a little disappointing. The selection of eBooks is vast, which is awesome, but I thought the website layout was a bit confusing and outdated. It was not as easy as I would have liked to navigate through different categories, and I had trouble finding specific titles I wanted. I also had some technical problems when trying to download the eBooks I bought, which was frustrating. The customer service team replied quickly to my questions, but the solutions provided didn't always work. As for pricing, I thought the eBooks were reasonably priced, but the quality of the content varied. Some eBooks were well-written and informative, while others felt like a waste of money. The delivery process was smooth, and I got my eBooks promptly after purchasing. Overall, I believe eLibrary has potential, but there are areas that need improvement to make the customer experience better.

Faulty sofa cushions
The couch I bought had cushions that were all lumpy and uncomfortable. When I told them about it, the workers who came to check it out didn't seem to care or just couldn't see the problem because they said everything was okay. I'm definitely not shopping for furniture at that store ever again!
