Do not buy anything from this business. I bought "linen" shirts off a Facebook promotion they ran. The shirts arrived and were not linen at all, they were poorly designed polyester shirts from China. I contacted the company for a refund and was told sorry, it was an unintentional mistake in their advertising but unfortunately, they were not equipped to take a return on the items. Asked me to keep them for a 60% refund only. That was not acceptable to me as I didn't want the shirts at all. I was then asked to return the shirts to a German address at my own postage expense. I did this in good faith despite the fact that I had to pay, weeks down the track and they still haven't provided a refund. Unconscionable business.

Think Twice about ordering from Urban Contenders. The item I purchased is of poor quality/fit. It is a very long delivery time and DO NOT ever think you will be able to return the item-shipping cost to a foreign country can be cost prohibitive. Be warned!

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely atrocious customer service, if you can even call it that. Impossible to get ahold of a human unless you reach out via social media and even then the messages seem like they’re coming from a proud teenager who thinks the world revolves around him. The quality of their materials is more than lacking. Save yourself the trouble and do not order anything from them.

Back on Feb 28 they received 31.07 for a shirt I have yet to receive as of today April 28. I have kept multiple messages at the customer service # that says I will receive a call back the next day - have yet to receive one. I did email them and received one reply saying they have an XL in maroon and did I want to swap. I replied a xl will not fit and that I would wait if they get the right size one stock. Never heard back. At this point I have sent to more emails and voicemails asking for my $31 back but have heard nothing. Highly recommend buying your tshirts elsewhere!!!!!!!

I made an order wrong by mistake. I called and they said would be corrected. I received a small instead of x large. I talk to one rep and he said it was my fault and if I kept complaining I would be out $52. Then hung up on me. Talk to another rep was supposed to send a free shipping label but haven’t I guess I am out f $52.00

I’ve been buying for months. They sent me the wrong order (no big deal) and I contacted them once. Weeks went by and nothing came. I contacted them again... nothing.. and again.. nothing. Their customer service is really bad
