Not only did she give me great service, but she also shared her own experience with plantar fasciitis and gave me some tips on how to manage it. Andrea's professionalism and knowledge made my shopping trip really easy and enjoyable. I left the store feeling good about my purchase and happy with the service I got.

Bulova watch purchase
I bought a watch from this company not long ago and, wouldn't you know it, the stem fell off after barely a year of me wearing it. I was counting on that 3-year guarantee to take care of it, but they basically told me tough luck. I was pretty bummed out about it. Thankfully, Jeweler F.hinds really came through and fixed it up for me. But, man, Bulova really dropped the ball on this one. It's a shame to see a brand that used to be all about top-notch customer service take a step back. Just a heads up if you're thinking about buying from them - their guarantee might not be worth much in the end.

Loan repayment rescheduling
I recently asked if I could postpone my loan payment because I got paid later than usual. But, they told me they needed proof of my new job and hire details in order to do it. I didn't feel good about having to share such personal info just to change my payment date. It should've been an easier and less invasive process.
