Expensive walking shoes
As a customer, I bought a pricey pair of walking shoes for my upcoming vacation, hoping for comfort while exploring. But, after just a bit of walking, they started hurting my heels real bad, and the pain stuck around even when I got back home. This ongoing discomfort is a major letdown, especially since I've had better luck with cheaper brands in the past. So, I'm thinking about contacting the company to let them know about my issues and hopefully find a solution.
