Storage space experience
My experience with the storage space was mostly good. The customer service reps weren't that helpful, and I had to deal with long wait times and getting disconnected on the phone. But the two movers, Ricardo M and Raul, were amazing. They were really professional, nice, and got the job done quickly, which made things a lot easier for me.
Long-term storage experience
I was so let down by the long-term storage service I used. They were great when picking up my stuff, but when it was time for me to get my things back, that's when the problems started. One of my items was completely wrecked, even though they promised to take care of any damages. On top of that, some of my items never even made it back to me, but they kept charging me for storing them. I tried calling and emailing for help, but their customer service was terrible - I couldn't even get a real person on the line. The lack of communication and solution to the problem left me really upset, and I'm very unhappy with how things turned out.
