Laptop bag mix up
So, check it out, man. I ordered this sweet Kaya bag, but instead of that, they sent me this ginormous Kaya LAPTOP bag. I shot them an email right away 'cause I need the right bag by the 31st, ya know? I let them know what's going on and they were all chill about it, saying they'd send the right bag or give me a refund, just gotta send back the wrong one. I was cool with that. But now, I've hit them up like three times to make sure the new bag is coming and to get that shipping label for the wrong one, and I haven't heard a thing back from them. And I even dropped some cash on this!

I just bought a voiceover on Fiverr, but it ended up being made by AI, which was a bummer. I reached out to Fiverr support right away because the person who said they did the voiceover had a stock photo and wasn't actually real. Even after showing proof and explaining the situation, Fiverr let the seller keep on tricking people. It's pretty worrisome that they're not taking responsibility and being upfront about this stuff. It makes me wonder if I can trust Fiverr anymore.

The holster clips on the piece I bought fit my carry belt really nicely, which was a big plus. But, I had some trouble with a wider belt I wanted to use. It was kinda disappointing that the holster didn't keep things secure when not being worn, but once you put it on, it stays put. All in all, I gotta say this product is great for what it's meant for.
