Protein powder purchase
I just bought some protein powder from this company, and man, let me tell you, I was really let down by their customer service. I sent them a bunch of emails asking about canceling my account, but got zero response. It was super frustrating. I ended up having to open a dispute with my credit card company, all because of their lack of communication. It was a hassle that could have been easily avoided if they just had better customer service.

Drawing of my pet
I really loved the drawing of my pet that Hunufa did, she totally nailed his personality! She was so friendly to chat with and kept me in the loop the whole time. But I gotta say, I was kinda thrown off when I saw the final bill was higher than the original quote. It felt like a sneaky hidden fee that caught me off guard.

Quick delivery, tasty food, but pricey.
I had a bit of a mixed experience with RealEats. The delivery came super fast, and the food was nice and cold just like it should be. The meals tasted good and were a decent size, but the prices were definitely on the higher side. I was hoping for more options on the menu, especially for vegetarians.

These shampoo bars and deodorant from this brand are seriously amazing! I'm really impressed with how clean and refreshed my hair feels after using the shampoo bars, and I don't even need to use conditioner afterwards. The deodorant is a total lifesaver, keeping me feeling fresh even after a long and busy 12-hour shift. Plus, the products are environmentally friendly which makes me feel good about using them. The packaging looks great and ordering on the website is super easy, with a bunch of lovely fragrances to choose from. After trying these products, I can't imagine going back to traditional sprays or my old shampoos. You should definitely give these Wild products a shot!

Easter and Welcome Home Basket
I ordered a fruit bouquet for Easter and Welcome Home because I live pretty far away. I had to get it online since I couldn't hand-deliver it. There were so many choices to choose from when I was ordering it. But when my friend finally got it, she said it looked like a jumbled mess of fruit instead of the pretty picture they showed online. Even though it didn't look as good as I hoped, she said it tasted great, so that's a win!

Lingerie purchase
At first, I was super pumped to buy lingerie from this company because they're known for doing great stuff. But man, it's been a real letdown. I put in my order and then just kept waiting and waiting without hearing anything. I even sent them an email asking what was up, and all they said was they were running behind. After like a month and a half, only one out of the six things I ordered showed up. I've tried reaching out a bunch of times, but I haven't gotten any response. No resolution at all. I'm getting to the point where I'm thinking about talking to my bank and filing a dispute, since they don't even have a refund option and are totally ignoring me. It's so frustrating and disappointing to get crap service from a company that's supposed to be top-notch.

bikini
It's been a month and I've had ZERO response on my refund request. I am disappointed because originally I wanted to exchange my bikini but the leopard bikini has been on backorder for over 6 months. At this point, summer is over so I've requested a refund of my money. After doing so, I get ZERO responses from the team. I've never had a company ghost me like this. I am appalled and still hoping they'll message me back soon.
