Drawing of my pet
I really loved the drawing of my pet that Hunufa did, she totally nailed his personality! She was so friendly to chat with and kept me in the loop the whole time. But I gotta say, I was kinda thrown off when I saw the final bill was higher than the original quote. It felt like a sneaky hidden fee that caught me off guard.

Quick delivery, tasty food, but pricey.
I had a bit of a mixed experience with RealEats. The delivery came super fast, and the food was nice and cold just like it should be. The meals tasted good and were a decent size, but the prices were definitely on the higher side. I was hoping for more options on the menu, especially for vegetarians.

Easter and Welcome Home Basket
I ordered a fruit bouquet for Easter and Welcome Home because I live pretty far away. I had to get it online since I couldn't hand-deliver it. There were so many choices to choose from when I was ordering it. But when my friend finally got it, she said it looked like a jumbled mess of fruit instead of the pretty picture they showed online. Even though it didn't look as good as I hoped, she said it tasted great, so that's a win!

Lingerie purchase
At first, I was super pumped to buy lingerie from this company because they're known for doing great stuff. But man, it's been a real letdown. I put in my order and then just kept waiting and waiting without hearing anything. I even sent them an email asking what was up, and all they said was they were running behind. After like a month and a half, only one out of the six things I ordered showed up. I've tried reaching out a bunch of times, but I haven't gotten any response. No resolution at all. I'm getting to the point where I'm thinking about talking to my bank and filing a dispute, since they don't even have a refund option and are totally ignoring me. It's so frustrating and disappointing to get crap service from a company that's supposed to be top-notch.

Returns Policy
I bought something the other day that didn't quite live up to what I was hoping for because of the return policy. I thought it was gonna be great with the whole "free returns" thing, but turns out that wasn't totally true. Most places just take the return shipping fee out of your refund, but not this one. I had to shell out the money upfront for the return and only got the full refund if I took store credit instead of cash. Not gonna lie, it was pretty annoying and kinda let me down.

Flight booking with price comparison
Well, I just wanted to mention that looking at different flight prices is a good idea, but the way it was done could use some improvement. I thought the website was difficult to navigate and not very easy to use. The search results were sometimes hard to understand, and it took me a while to find a good price. The customer service wasn't great either - slow and not very helpful. And let's not even talk about those surprise fees! Overall, I was pretty let down by the whole thing.

bikini
It's been a month and I've had ZERO response on my refund request. I am disappointed because originally I wanted to exchange my bikini but the leopard bikini has been on backorder for over 6 months. At this point, summer is over so I've requested a refund of my money. After doing so, I get ZERO responses from the team. I've never had a company ghost me like this. I am appalled and still hoping they'll message me back soon.
