Clothing order for my father
Haband.com seriously dropped the ball on customer service. It's ridiculous how high the shipping fees are, even though my dad has been shopping there forever. And don't even get me started on their exchange policies - they're just plain crazy. The shipping costs ended up being more than what we bought, and to top it off, two items were backordered and the mediums we ordered were way too big. When we tried to exchange for the right size, the customer service folks wanted to charge us extra for shipping, basically doubling the total cost. It's so frustrating how inflexible and unhelpful they were, especially considering it was their mistake in the first place.

Foam insert plastic case
I just bought this foam insert plastic case and I gotta say, it's pretty amazing. The quality and durability are top-notch. The foam inside can be adjusted to fit all kinds of stuff, no matter the shape or size. The case itself has tons of space, so I can keep adding more things in the future. It ended up being bigger than I thought, almost like a briefcase, but that was a nice surprise. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'd definitely suggest this product to anyone who needs a sturdy and roomy storage option.
