I recently purchased a logo design from someone, but it turned out really terrible! The colors were off, the fonts didn't look right, and it didn't even resemble what I requested. I expressed my dissatisfaction to them, but they insisted they did a great job and still took my payment. Can you believe that? It was such a hassle to get my money back, I had to go through countless emails with customer support. Eventually, they did refund me, but it was a major headache. It would be great if there was a simpler way to handle situations like this; maybe they could wait to release payment until we are satisfied with the work.
