Faulty vacuum refund delay
I am so frustrated with the terrible customer service I've been dealing with while trying to get a refund for a broken vacuum I bought online. It's been dragging on for 2 1/2 months now and it's been a total headache. The live chat is a joke - the reps disconnect before you can even finish your sentence. The customer service staff is so rude and incompetent, it's just not right. The recorded messages when you're on hold don't match the terrible treatment you actually get as a customer. This store should be ashamed of how they treat their customers!

I really like the computer I got from this store - it's super compact but really powerful. It fits perfectly on my desk and can handle all my tasks without a problem.
