I just had the worst experience with this online clothing store. I bought something for $25 and the courier lost my package. I gave them all the info they needed, but the customer service people keep giving me automated answers. The courier even admitted they delivered it to the wrong place, but the company won't do anything about it. It's a total scam, they won't be getting any more of my money.

Flea and tick monthly pill and heartworm pill
I recently bought some flea and tick monthly pills and heartworm pills from this service, and I gotta tell ya, I was pretty let down by the customer service. They sent me the flea and tick stuff no problem, but my heartworm pill was missing! I looked at my invoice and saw that they indicated a refund for it, but unfortunately, I never got that refund. On top of that, I've been trying to get a hold of someone from the company with zero luck. The phone just rings and rings, my emails are going unanswered, and even my text messages are being ignored. This lack of communication and not caring about my concerns has got me feeling super frustrated and unhappy with the whole situation.
