I just realized that the company hiked up the prices for their services by $5 to $6 an hour. It's way pricier than what I was paying before. This sudden price increase is making me think twice about continuing to use their services. The value for the cost just doesn't add up anymore, and I'm pretty bummed out by this shift.

I just got myself a night guard and some whitening trays. Making my teeth impressions and sending them in was easy peasy. But when I got my order, the whitening trays were nowhere to be found, even though I got an email saying they were delivered. I reached out to customer service right away to get it sorted out. Gotta give credit where it's due - the customer service team was super on top of things and fixed the problem by sending me the missing trays without any fuss. All in all, I'm happy with the products and the top-notch customer service.

I'm a customer at VNYL and man, let me tell you, I got a gift subscription for a friend and it was a complete letdown. I added their credit card for the gift and VNYL just kept charging them after the gift date. Trying to cancel online was a nightmare - there was no option! I had to reach out to customer service through phone or email, but no one picked up the phone during business hours. Talk about frustrating! Overall, I was really dissatisfied with the whole experience.

Companies really need to make sure they communicate well with their customers to keep them happy and coming back. Hopefully, they step up their game in the future for a smoother shopping experience.

As someone who loves eyecare, I recently bought some stuff from this online store and I gotta say, it worked pretty well for me. The customer service was okay for the most part, but there were a couple times I wished they were more helpful. The prices seemed reasonable, but I think they could be better. Luckily, my order got to me pretty quickly. All in all, it was a good experience and I think you should give it a shot.

Prescription designer glasses
Visual-Click is absolutely horrible. I was looking for a pair of Gucci prescription glasses GG1003O 001. I typed in the item number into Google, and I was directed to the Visual-Click website. The website is nice and easy to navigate, and I decided that I would get my new glasses for them. This is the worst impulse buy ever. I was immediately put off by the fact that I never received an order confirmation email. I immediately contacted their customer service department. Instead of a Visual-Click employee following up with an order confirmation, given the fact that they could easily look up my order through my email, and billing address, I received an email response asking if I had paid.. Paid??? Would I be asking for a follow up if I hadn’t already given you my money??? I replied with a screenshot of my payment information. Then I get a response saying that my order should ship with 48 hours. This morning I received my glasses, and low and behold… the lenses are not my prescription. How can a retailer collect money from a customer when they already know that they have absolutely NO INTENTION of providing the service? This is wrong and deceitful. STAY AWAY FROM ViSUAL-CLICK.COM
