Review about: Best Western
Gross hotel experience
The room was seriously gross, I'm talking horror movie levels of nasty. The bed looked like it had already been slept in, the bathroom radiator was leaking and there was a huge puddle on the floor. The carpets were filthy and the walls were all damp. They didn't even have cups for the tea tray! And as if that wasn't enough, the staff didn't seem to give a darn. All they offered me was a measly £15 refund. I mean, come on! I showed them pictures of how disgusting the room was, but they just brushed it off and said they couldn't help because they're a franchise. What a total joke!

Travel booking trouble
Even though I bought travel insurance, I ended up in a terrible situation trying to move my credit around, and I missed a close friend's wedding because of Covid. The customer service was no help at all, they lied about transferring my credit, and it left me feeling really frustrated and let down. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

I am so frustrated with this company right now. For the second time, my gift never showed up, and when it finally did, it looked like something from a dollar store. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this is just not acceptable. It feels like they're not listening to my complaints, and I'm thinking about going somewhere else for my business.

Multiple product purchase
I recently bought a bunch of stuff from this company and man, let me tell you, I was seriously let down by their delivery service. The crazy thing is, they gave me different tracking numbers for each item, but none of them actually showed up at my door. I've been home all day 'cause of this pandemic, and I can guarantee you, no packages were just left on my front steps like the tracking said. It's so annoying and honestly kind of unacceptable, especially when other delivery companies have had no trouble getting stuff to me.

Smooth Like Silk face primer, Smooth Out eye primer, Never Feather lip primer
I've been a customer for a while now and recently tried the Smooth Like Silk face primer from your brand. I really liked it and thought it might work well for my eyes and lips too. But after seeing a tutorial from a beauty expert, I learned that using specific primers for those areas can make a big difference. So, I decided to get the Smooth Out eye primer and Never Feather lip primer, and I'm so happy I did. My eye makeup stayed perfect all day, and I only had to touch up my lipstick once. These primers have really improved my makeup routine. Thanks for your amazing products!

DONT BELIEVE ANY GOOD REVIEWS THEY ARE FAKE
All the positive reviews are not real! The company isnt real, no one responds and you will be stuck spending hundreds for nothing in return. They don't ship anything to anyone. Everyone needs to dispute the charge with their bank or you will never get your money back. You certainly will never get your product you ordered.

Plate carrier armor package
My armor package was way past the lead time but it was not bulletproofzones fault. I thought zone was being shady so I went directly to the manufacturer and asked them. Then I felt bad because they gave me the same response LOL.
They were very helpful before and even after I finally got my plate carrier armor package. They even had it for a better price at the time. They're quick to respond to emails, I got a response same day just yesterday. Which says alot seeing as many companies now slack in service and hide behind the "pandemic". They even had warned about possible longer times in responding to emails but in my experience it was within 24 hours consistently. Huge props. Will definitely be doing more business here. Surprised they were located in Hawaii. That caught me off gaurd. My package shipped out of Arizona but the packing slip said Honolulu. So fancy. But seriously big appreciation for the customer service. Look forward to next order. Also loving the plate carrier but this is not a product review. Would recommend buying from them.
I almost ended up canceling my order, the only reason I didn't is because zone was always quick to reply. I was mad at the manufacturer for posting false lead times. It is one thing to be behind, but its another to lie altogether. But all in all, that deal aside, zone was quick to respond even when it wasn't directly their fault. Respect. During that interchange my package ended up shipping a couple days later so all was well. The manufacturers now changed their lead time to reflect a more accurate one.
In summary, this company is good, buy stuff from them.BulletProof Zone has quality products & great staff & service...they keep you informed on your purchase...Buy USA @ BulletProofZone...5 star
