Quality rug on sale
I just bought a really nice rug on sale from this store and I am so happy with my purchase. The website was easy to use and I found the exact rug I was looking for without any trouble. I liked that it was on sale, so I knew I was getting a good deal for such a high-quality rug. When I was checking out, they suggested getting a performance rug pad, which was helpful because I wanted to make sure I had everything I needed for my new rug. I have bought from this store in the past and I have always been happy with the quality of their products, so I felt confident that this rug would be just as amazing.

Group Flight Reservation
I recently made a group flight reservation through a travel agency and ran into a big issue with the booking. One of my group member's names needed to be changed, and when I contacted the travel agency about it, they said they would have to charge me the full airfare to make the change, despite the fact that I had trip insurance. Feeling frustrated and like I was being taken advantage of, I decided to contact the airline directly. To my surprise, American Airlines was able to change the name for just $50, a huge difference from the high charge that the travel agency wanted to hit me with. This whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth, and I was really unhappy with the inflexible and poor customer service from the travel agency. Needless to say, I won't be using their services in the future and will choose to book directly with the airline or a trustworthy travel agency instead.
