I am so happy with the clothes I got from this store - they are really top-notch quality! I did mess up and ordered the wrong pants, but the customer service was incredible and helped me fix it right away. My husband is really happy with his new pants and I'm excited to order more things from them. The shipping was really fast as well!

Unreliable services
I joined this company hoping they could help with my mental health, but it turned out to be a big letdown. Brightside promised me medication management and therapy, but they didn't deliver. They not only made me pay more for a new provider, but they also charged me for services I never got. Even when I asked to cancel, they still charged me for another month. Their billing practices are unfair and exploit people in need. I've tried to fix things, but it hasn't worked out. At this point, I've given up on getting my money back and consider it a lost cause. I recommend staying far away from this company.

Lost luggage
I had such a frustrating experience with MVST Select. I bought a suitcase from them, but it never showed up at my place. The courier said they couldn't find me, even though other companies had no problem. I tried reaching out to MVST through email several times, but all I got back were generic responses saying they'd pass my problem along. They totally ghosted me on my last few emails. Seems like they're customer service isn't great at getting things done. Now I have to go through my credit card company for a chargeback because they couldn't fix the problem.
