Custom frames for my degrees
I spent a while searching for custom frames for my degrees until I found this great place. They had a lot of options for frames, mats, and glass/plexiglass, and I could customize my order to fit what I needed. The ordering process was easy, and I got my frames in less than a week, which was a pleasant surprise. When I finally saw them, I was amazed at how beautiful they were. I've been using a meal kit subscription for a while now and it's seriously changed the way I do dinner. I booked my vacation through a travel agency that used a sketchy service to get my flight at a discounted price, but they forgot to save me any seats. It took forever to fix the mistake and I ended up stuck in some terrible seats on the plane. Trying to talk to the service people was a pain because of the long waits and unhelpful folks on the other end.

Mayan Encounter
I had the most amazing trip to Guatemala, Belize, and Mexico with this awesome travel company! It was 11 days of pure awesomeness. I went solo and it was my first time on a guided tour. Our guide, Ella, was fantastic! Everything was taken care of, the cultural and outdoor experiences were amazing, and we had just the right amount of free time. The group was really cool, we had a blast! The accommodations were perfect, I slept like a queen every night after our fun adventures. The highlights for me were exploring Tikal, snorkeling (even at night!), cave tubing, and biking on Caye Caulker. And seeing how the company supports great projects was the best part! I can't wait to travel with them again and decide on our next destination!

At first, I was a bit skeptical because I found a much cheaper option from another provider. But, I took a chance on this service for my trip from the United States to Mexico. I was actually really impressed with how fast and smooth it was to set up the eSIM, keeping me connected without any problems while I was traveling. I bought these new tires online and then went to the store to have them put on my mom's van, you know? But then they were all, "Oh, you need to get these other things too and it's gonna cost you more money." And then the thing they told me to get didn't even fix the problem! I tried reaching out to customer service and the store, but they were totally unhelpful. I just want my money back, dude!

Lost luggage
I had such a frustrating experience with MVST Select. I bought a suitcase from them, but it never showed up at my place. The courier said they couldn't find me, even though other companies had no problem. I tried reaching out to MVST through email several times, but all I got back were generic responses saying they'd pass my problem along. They totally ghosted me on my last few emails. Seems like they're customer service isn't great at getting things done. Now I have to go through my credit card company for a chargeback because they couldn't fix the problem.

Late return issue resolved
I had a bit of a problem with a late return on something I bought, but the customer service folks took care of it really fast. I got in touch with them, told them what was going on, and they sent me a return label right away, along with a nice little note. I've dealt with their customer service team a few times before, and I have to say, this time was just as great as the others. They were really helpful, quick, and went out of their way to help me out.
