Subscription flowers
I just got my first batch of subscription flowers and they showed up totally dead. So I reached out to the company to let them know, and they were super dismissive and rude about it. They said they would fix things, but then they just went ahead and canceled my subscription without really fixing the problem. I was really let down by how the company handled everything - their customer service was just terrible. It's not cool to blame the customer for something that was the company's fault.

Recent trip booking
I just went on a trip with this company and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. Booking it was a breeze, customer service was super helpful, and they answered all my questions. Had to cancel last minute for reasons out of my control, but they were quick to help me out with that. Took a bit of time to get my money back, but I get it, these things can take time. Overall, I was happy with how it all turned out.
