Festival Ibiza Spirit reservation
I planned a trip to the Ibiza Spirit festival with my two friends in February 2022, which included a hotel reservation. Unfortunately, the event got canceled because of Covid, just a month before it was supposed to happen. I followed the company's instructions to get a refund by submitting a request on their website. They sent me an email saying that the refund process had started and that I should get my money back in 5-7 business days. But it's been over a year now, and I haven't seen that 3,900€ in my bank account. This lack of response and failure to keep their word is really frustrating. I'm disappointed with how they're handling this situation.
