Review about: Transformer Table
Family table, chairs, and coffee table
My family just got this new table, chairs, and a coffee table with storage and it's amazing, you know! The table showed up quicker than we expected, and even though there was a little hiccup with one part, the company took care of it right on the spot. The chairs are so cozy, we're all about it. And let me tell you about Tashi from Customer Service, she's a real gem. She's super friendly and helped us out with everything. Now we can all sit down for meals together as a family and it's the best feeling in the world!

Steel toe construction sneakers
I just bought a pair of steel toe construction shoes from this company and I have to say, I am really impressed with how good they are. These shoes are tough and long-lasting, but they also look pretty cool. People at work have given me lots of compliments on them and now I'm telling my coworkers about them because they need good safety shoes too. These shoes keep my feet safe and they're comfy even when I wear them all day. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely shop from this company again.

Fast fashion purchase
My time with Menily was kinda disappointing. At first, they gave me a partial refund, which left me worried about the rest of my stuff. To make matters worse, they sent me a black jacket instead of the blue one I ordered, and I never got the two vests. Now, I need to check with the post office to see if the vests came separately. Oh, and the shoes I got were way too big, so I had to swap them for the right size. Overall, Menily hasn't been the best at communicating, so I'm hoping the replacement order goes better.

Faulty products and confusing gift card policy
I've had a pretty bad experience with this company, to be honest. I bought some stuff from them, like 5 things that ended up breaking after only a few weeks - 3 towel warmers, a foot massager, and a garage parking sensor. On top of the products being low quality, I also had a problem with their gift card policy. I've had a gift card for 2 years now that I can't even use because their policy is so confusing and their promotional gift cards look too similar to the real ones. All in all, I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone based on what I've been through.

Secure file transfer and esignature
I was super pumped to sign up for this 1-year deal that promised to keep my files safe and have esignature capabilities. But man, my excitement quickly faded when I ran into all sorts of problems with the esignature feature. I tried reaching out to customer support for help, but they didn't really give me the help I needed. It left me feeling pretty let down and forgotten about as a customer. And to top it off, when I told them I didn't want to keep using the service after the year was up, they just went ahead and renewed it without asking me first. Now I'm stuck with this service I don't even want, and they won't even give me my money back. It's pretty obvious to me that they care more about making money than making their customers happy. I'd definitely warn others to stay away from this company.

Two pairs of shoes purchased
I bought two pairs of shoes from your store not too long ago, but they were both too big for me. So, I reached out to customer service to see about swapping them out for a smaller size. To my surprise, they told me I'd have to pay $8 for the return label, which hadn't been mentioned when I first bought the shoes. And on top of that, the customer service person tried to charge me $20 more than what I originally paid for the shoes.

Beautiful fluorite mala
I just got this amazing fluorite mala bead the other day. It arrived quickly and was packaged really well. It's perfect for my meditation routine and goes really well with the big rainbow fluorite piece on my altar. I'll definitely be ordering more from this seller in the future!
