Hydration products purchase
The hydration products from this company have been a total game-changer for me. Hydration packets
My experience with this company has been really disappointing. I ordered something over 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything about when it's coming. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone in customer service - phone calls just ring and ring, the chat isn't even working, and no one responds to my emails or messages. This lack of communication is just not okay and I'm feeling really frustrated and unhappy with how things have gone.
Bad service
I've been ordering stuff from this place for like a year and a half now, like every couple of weeks. But man, their customer service is terrible. The other day I got a messed up item and I've been trying to reach out to them, but no one is picking up my calls or responding to my emails. They definitely won't be getting my business anymore, that's for sure.
Wasted money
I can't believe how awful the customer service was. I was on hold for what seemed like forever, just to have my order canceled out of nowhere. I tried to ask for help, but the response was so unhelpful, it left me feeling frustrated and let down.
