Ticket issue with lack of customer service
I recently had a really disappointing experience with my ticket purchase through this vendor. I got the wrong ticket and when I contacted customer service to try to get the right one, they told me no. I ended up calling the theme park directly, and they were super nice about helping me get an upgrade if they could find the ticket in their system.
It was weird that Undercover Tourist didn't want to work with me, especially when the theme park was totally cool with it. Turns out, the ticket number they gave me didn't match the one the theme park had, which made things even more complicated. I tried reaching out to them several times on the day I bought the ticket, but they wouldn't budge - no refunds, changes, or modifications allowed.
It was frustrating that Undercover Tourist didn't seem interested in helping or trying to fix the issue. Overall, my experience with them was pretty disappointing, and I'd suggest buying directly from the theme park to avoid dealing with their customer service problems.Review about: Baby Gold
