I recently bought tickets for the Kennedy Space Center from this company and I have to say, I was really let down by the whole experience. Right after I made the purchase, I realized I goofed because the location was way too far from where we were staying. I reached out to customer service right away asking about a refund, but they were super confusing and resistant about it. Even after showing them screenshots and proof of the unclear refund policy on their website, they told me the tickets couldn't be refunded. The whole thing was really frustrating and felt unprofessional. My advice to anyone thinking about buying tickets from this company is to be careful because their customer service is not great and their refund policy is not clear at all.
Ticket issue with lack of customer service
I recently had a really disappointing experience with my ticket purchase through this vendor. I got the wrong ticket and when I contacted customer service to try to get the right one, they told me no. I ended up calling the theme park directly, and they were super nice about helping me get an upgrade if they could find the ticket in their system.
It was weird that Undercover Tourist didn't want to work with me, especially when the theme park was totally cool with it. Turns out, the ticket number they gave me didn't match the one the theme park had, which made things even more complicated. I tried reaching out to them several times on the day I bought the ticket, but they wouldn't budge - no refunds, changes, or modifications allowed.
It was frustrating that Undercover Tourist didn't seem interested in helping or trying to fix the issue. Overall, my experience with them was pretty disappointing, and I'd suggest buying directly from the theme park to avoid dealing with their customer service problems.Bought 2 tickets
Man, this company is ridiculous! I ordered 2 tickets that were supposed to come right away, but it's been 4 days and I still haven't gotten them. They already took my money and now they won't even give me a refund because it's supposedly a final sale. But seriously, how can it be final if I never even received the tickets? I'm so fed up, I definitely won't be using them again!
Ticket voucher complications
My experience buying ticket vouchers through this service was not great. When I got to the theme parks, I ran into a lot of problems trying to use the vouchers. One time, I had to wait around for an hour at a park for someone to help me with my voucher because the staff couldn't figure it out right away. And then at another park, I had to stand in line for a manager to print actual tickets because the voucher wouldn't work at the entrance. It was really stressful and took away from the fun day I was supposed to have. Even though the prices were probably cheaper with this service, dealing with all the issues with the vouchers made it not worth it in the end.
Booking experience
My experience trying to make a reservation was really frustrating. When I was trying to pay, I had a lot of problems that made it really hard to finish the checkout process. But after trying a bunch of times, I finally managed to make my booking.
Universal and Disney tickets
I was pretty happy at first when I bought tickets for Universal and Disney from here. The website was easy to use, and I got a quick response to my question. But then, my excitement turned to disappointment when I found out about the big fee for using my UK credit card. That extra charge totally canceled out any money I saved by buying the tickets on this site. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
Three theme park tickets
I just bought three tickets for a theme park and it all went really well. At first, I was unsure because of some bad reviews I saw, but I decided to go for it since they had a discount. The process they called "validation" that others had talked about was easy, all I had to do was enter the pending amount on my credit card. After that, I got the tickets in less than a minute. And I was happy to see that the tickets worked on the theme park's website.
4 day tickets to WDW
I recently bought 4-day tickets to WDW for myself and 3 other adults from this company, and let me tell you, it was a big letdown. The total was $2,635.80 (US), which I thought was a good price at the time. But later I found out I could have gotten the same tickets for the same days on the WDW official website for only $2,198.16 (US). When I contacted Undercover Tourist about this, they basically said tough luck and wouldn't give me a refund or anything. I won't be recommending them to anyone in the future, that's for sure.
Comedy Show Tickets
Hey there, just wanted to share my recent experience buying tickets for a comedy show. I've been a loyal customer for a while now, but this time around it was a letdown. I bought the tickets with plenty of time before the show, but they only showed up less than a day before the event. It was frustrating not knowing when they would arrive. When I reached out to customer service, I didn't get much help at all, no refunds or quick ticket access. Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with the service. I don't plan on using this company again in the future.

I just had to get a refund on my Universal Studios tickets and I gotta say, the team was super awesome with their communication and reassurance during this stressful time. I really appreciate how supportive and understanding they were throughout the whole process, especially given the tough situation we're all dealing with. Quick and easy Disney tickets
I just snagged two 1-day Disneyland tickets for my kiddos using this service. It was super late on October 8th when I made the purchase, but everything went smoothly and was easy to do. I couldn't find these tickets anywhere else, so I was happy to find them here. Since we could only reserve for the 18th and 20th of October at the Park we wanted to go to, I decided to secure our tickets early. Paying with PayPal was quick, and I got the tickets sent to my email right after booking. Before I made the purchase, I chatted with Louise who was fast in answering my questions and giving me useful info. I used the 12-character code on my e-tickets to reserve our spot at the park on the Disney website, which all worked out smoothly. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this service to others.
