Hair extensions
I bought some hair extensions from this store not long ago, and it's been a bummer because I haven't gotten them yet after waiting around for four weeks. They finally gave me some tracking info about two weeks after my purchase, but when I checked, it showed that my stuff is just chilling at their warehouse. It's been pretty annoying dealing with them since they take like 5 to 7 days to respond to my emails, and when they do, it's not very helpful or clear. Because of this delay and lack of movement on my order, I decided to contact PayPal to ask for a refund.
Hair bundles
I bought some hair bundles from Lux Hair Shop, but it didn't go so well. I had to wait a whole 12 business days before they even let me know my order was ready to pick up. They told me twice it would be sent out soon, but I never got any updates or communication. The discount they gave me wasn't enough to make up for the long wait. I ended up having to buy something else while I waited for my order to show up, and it was pretty frustrating.
Ordered 2 wigs, planning to buy a third
The wigs I bought are so amazing! They're really soft, gorgeous, and fit just right. I had to get them quickly for a photoshoot, and the team really came through to make it happen. I got them in platinum blond and they looked absolutely stunning. You don't often find such beautiful hair at prices like these.
