I am working in a hospital as non technical manager.Before I explain about HDIS products I would like to bring attention to concern - In your return policy conditions,you have mentioned"if product received in unopened condition if not satisfied? How anyone can satisfy or not satisfied if see the products package from outside? I think this condition should be more elaborated.
We mostly use to buy disposal bags, gloves, wheelchairs , bladder protection,pads and few more small items from here.Honestly we do not have anything like complain ,neither any cost factor, deliveries is quite good.But this one point where I wish to clear more.
