But then I ran into some issues with the delivery. The courier they used in my area was a total mess, always late and not very professional. I recently used this courier company for the first time to send six boxes from one city in Europe to another. I was pretty surprised by how fast they got my stuff there, only took 1.5 days. But you know, there was a little hiccup - one of my items had a bent metal part probably from being handled roughly during shipping. It still worked though, so it wasn't a big deal.

This survey website is pretty terrible. I thought it would be good, but it's actually a huge letdown. They hardly pay me anything, and you have to go through a bunch of hoops just to even qualify for the surveys. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I had to get a fence put up real quick because of a bad wind storm and Savannah's really saved the day! The owner, Dave, was super nice and got me scheduled in just 4 days. His crew came while I was at work and they did an awesome job with the fence - it turned out even better than I had hoped for! Seriously, if you need a fence or any repairs done, Savannah's is the way to go. They're super friendly, professional, and reliable. And on top of that, their prices are way better than any other company I contacted - and I reached out to quite a few! Savannah's cost at least half of what the others were asking for. I'm one satisfied customer and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fence.

I've been reading a bunch of bad reviews from unhappy customers griping about the subpar products, but my problem is just waiting forever for my order to even ship. Last message I got was on April 12th, talking about some technical snafu, but no clue on when it'll get sorted out. Got so fed up that I caved and bought a vegan snack box from Amazon, even though it's not as nutritious as I would prefer. I wanted to test out this subscription box, but there's a limit to how long I can keep waiting!

I recently bought a leather wallet from Nomad, and it looked great initially. But, my experience with the company wasn't so great. When I tried reaching out to them with some questions about the product, they never got back to me. It's really disappointing when a company says they'll respond to emails and then they don't. And it seems like I'm not the only one who's had this issue, based on other review sites. Ignoring customer questions is not cool and shows a lack of respect. I left an honest review about my communication problems, but it got censored. This makes me question their integrity. So, while the wallet is nice, Nomad's lack of customer service and transparency is worrisome.

Christmas gifts stolen
I ordered a bunch of Christmas gifts from this website but they got swiped from my porch right after they were dropped off. I was really bummed about it, but when I contacted customer service, they were so understanding and offered me a refund or replacement without any issues. Omnia Pass purchase
I just got the Omnia Pass for my Rome trip, thinking it would make things easier for me. But to be honest, I was pretty let down by how things went. The staff was kinda unhelpful and didn't really give me much info. Even though I paid up front, I still had to wait in line forever just to get a physical ticket, which kinda defeated the whole purpose of having the pass. And to make things worse, the staff in Rome didn't give much guidance on where to meet or where to go, so I felt lost and annoyed. One person even acted all rude and confrontational, which was just not cool. It was just a really unprofessional experience overall.
