Lifetime account issue
I've been dealing with a problem with my lifetime account that I've had for a few years now. Everything was smooth sailing until November 2022. I had no troubles accessing and downloading stuff from the platform before. Sure, the content quality wasn't always top-notch, but it was fine for the price I paid for my membership. But suddenly in November 2022, I couldn't log in anymore, for no reason. I tried reaching out to customer support a bunch of times, but they never got back to me. Even Clickbank couldn't help resolve the issue. It was frustrating to see that the login page was still there, and creating a new account with a different email address was a breeze - I could access all the free stuff and support pages right away. All I really want is to get back into my paid account and keep enjoying the perks of my lifetime membership.

I've been buying this pet food brand for my three pups for like three years now. I've got a chocolate lab, a black lab, and a German shepherd and they've been doing great on this stuff. They're healthy as can be, no problems at all. They've got good digestion, perfect skin, and they're always full of energy. I think it's all thanks to the top-notch quality of this food that I've been giving them.

Sandals falling apart after only 3 wears
I just got these sandals at the store over the summer, and man, I gotta say I'm really bummed about how they turned out. I wore them like 3 times max, and the bottom part completely fell off from the top part just while I was taking a stroll. When I contacted customer service to complain, they had the nerve to say it was my fault for wearing them, so tough luck for me. Their refusal to take responsibility for their crappy products is super irritating, and you can bet I won't be shopping there again.

Online purchase of shorts
I recently bought some shorts online from this company, and let me tell you, it's been a total nightmare. First off, I never got a confirmation email for my order, and when the package finally showed up, there was no receipt inside. You need those if you want to try and get your money back through Mastercard. And to top it off, their return policy says you have to ship it all the way back to Asia on your own dime, which is nearly half the price of those already expensive shorts. Plus, even if you jump through all those hoops and send it back, they'll only decide if they want to give you a refund, and it might not even be the full amount. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company!

Claim status issue
I had some trouble trying to get info on my claim status because the phone number didn't work and no one replied to my emails. I started to think maybe the company folded or something fishy was going on. But then I found out that Upsie got bought out by another company, who quickly got in touch with me about my claims and took care of it all smoothly. That whole situation changed my view of the company, so I bumped up my rating to four stars.

Clothing purchase, rewards system issues
I went to that store the other day and man, the customer service was honestly terrible. The clothes were really good quality, I gotta give them that. But, the employees there just couldn't figure out how their rewards system worked. Super frustrating, you know? No point in splurging on clothes if you're gonna get treated poorly by the staff.

This product really saved me! With all those credit card hacks happening at big stores, I was always stressing out about my info getting swiped. I needed something to ease my mind and keep my money safe.
