Late November order, delayed delivery
I ordered my car mats back in late November thinking they'd show up by early December. But man, my delivery got delayed a bunch of times. First they said I'd get them by December 8th, then they pushed it all the way back to December 20th. Now we're at the end of December and I still don't have my mats. It's so annoying to keep waiting and waiting for something that just never seems to come.
Custom car floor mats
I was really let down by the way this company handled things. I reached out multiple times via email to check on my order, but never heard back. When I finally called, the conversations were short and they didn't even say sorry for the late delivery. It was frustrating to learn after ordering that the part was made to order, causing even more delays. They blamed the holdup on the factory moving or upgrading, but that seemed like a convenient excuse. Overall, the whole ordeal wasn't worth what I paid. The way they handled things just wasn't up to par. I won't be using their services again.
Tahoe floor mats
Ordering was ok. Delivery was longer than expected. Be aware these come from Australia. Color was terrible. Fit did not cover driver floor area.. bottom was not non slip. Did not come with retainer clips AR anything to hold them in place. Ordered medium thicness. What arrived was cheaper than the cheapest mats from Walmart. Save your money
Floor mats for Ford Escape
Ordering online wasn’t too bad. Expected product to be shipped in 7-10 days (per their message). 10 days later, I inquire and told it would be another 5 days before shipped. Product finally arrived two weeks later and the grommets were not attached. Very disappointing! When I expressed this to FitMyCar, they acknowledged it takes longer now with Covid issues but still provide false timelines (why???). No apology for grommet issue but told me the fix should take me less than 1 minute…so why wasn’t that corrected at the manufacturing plant during the 15 days it took to make them??? I was able to fix it but needed tools and these were a gift, so it was late and of poor quality. Over promised and under delivered on both customer service and quality of the product. You’ve been warned.
Crv mats
Ordered mats for my crv I early July. Contacted them after 3-4 weeks and was told the color was out of stock. And I'd have tracking info by September 13th. It's now the 24th no info and now they're not responding to emails. Sketchy af.
Auto floor mats
The estimated "Dispatch Time", is completely misleading and BS. Buyers are not concerned about when the product
will be ready to ship, they want to know when they will receive it........ Why not just be honest with your customers
and tell them that it will probably take "OVER 3 WEEKS" to deliver, and it is coming from Australia.Front floor mats
Very hard to communicate with. 15 hours difference between US and Australia so online chats don't work. They are not able to send emails. Cannot get answers. Took a month to receive after confirmation of order says 2-4 days for dispatch. Customer service is non-existent.
