Underwear purchase
I bought some underwear from this company not too long ago. At first, they felt pretty comfy, but I was let down when two pairs started falling apart within the first month. I tried reaching out to customer service a few times about it, but didn't hear back until I tried for the fifth time. Even then, they said it was too late to help me out. I showed them proof of my previous messages, but they still ignored me. All in all, the underwear wasn't up to par and the customer service could have been better.

You know, I really recommend being super sure you're in love with whatever you're getting from here. I didn't do my homework before buying an iPhone 15 case, and now I have one without a button for the action button. And to top it off, Casely doesn't do refunds, just exchanges. So if you're not happy with your purchase, you're out of luck. Dealing with this company was a total nightmare.

Delayed luggage refund
The customer service was awful when my luggage got delayed for more than a day on a quick flight in Europe. Even after sending back and forth loads of emails with customer support, they never gave me a refund for the hassle. It was so annoying and disappointing, making me wonder if the airline really cares about keeping its customers happy.

Online purchase shipping experience
I recently used a shipping service for an online purchase, and let me tell you, the tracking system was really terrible. There were big gaps in the tracking info, and the updates took way too long. I basically had no idea where my package was most of the time, which was super annoying. This whole tracking situation has made me not want to use this shipping service again, especially for buying stuff from the same seller. My package was sent out on January 16 from Texas to Canada, and it still hasn't shown up. It's just left me feeling unsure and irritated. If I had a say, I wouldn't recommend this carrier or their tracking system at all. If I could, I'd give them zero stars for sure.
