James Buckley provided excellent service, but I have a little complaint about the character limit. It's just silly that both your name and your relationship to the recipient count towards the limit. I had to pay extra just to add that, which is pretty ridiculous.

Investment platform review
As someone who has been investing for a while now, I think there are a few ways the investment platform could be better. It would be really good if users could buy any company they want, regardless of how much they trade. It would also be nice if there were more options for investing in OTC and foreign stocks, to make portfolios more diverse. It could help a lot if investors could search for stocks and ETFs by country or region, so they can focus their investments better. Giving users access to financial statements and letting them customize charts, like comparing stock prices to past earnings or P/FCF, would help them make smarter investment choices. And finally, getting rid of trade windows and minimum balance requirements, so people can trade in the morning or afternoon without any restrictions, would make the whole experience better, especially for M1 Plus subscribers.

Refund delay issue
I'm really frustrated because I still haven't gotten my refund for an online purchase even though I got an email saying it was issued. It's been 5 days already and the money still isn't in my account. It's been a disappointing experience for me.

I just want to say that dealing with this company was really frustrating. The customer service was horrible, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. I've always been someone who supports small businesses, especially when it comes to getting stuff for my kids. But this time, the way they treated me was just unacceptable. They messed up my order, didn't respond to my questions, and overall, it was a total mess. I suggest checking out the Google reviews before buying from them because it looks like my bad experience is pretty common.

Subscription charge issue
I had a terrible experience with this subscription service. I actually canceled my subscription more than a year ago, but they kept charging me even after I tried to fix it several times. I sent an email to their "support" in April, but they were just plain bad at their job and made excuses instead of helping me out. They said they couldn't find my account, even though I got a confirmation that my subscription was canceled back in September. It's crazy that they can still have my credit card info but mysteriously can't locate my account. I eventually had to cancel my credit card to finally put a stop to the charges. This is just really shady and dishonest behavior on their part.
