I recently bought some clothes from this website, but I was pretty disappointed with how it all went down. It took more than three weeks for my stuff to arrive, which was a bummer because I was really hoping to get them sooner. And when I finally got the items, I saw that the stitching was all sloppy and one piece even had a hole in it. Plus, the feathers on the Christmas items were falling off. I was surprised by how careless the wholesaler was with their products. I am going to contact them for a refund because this is definitely not what I was looking for.

I really appreciated how quickly the customer service team got back to me when they got new info about my order. They seemed genuinely worried about my situation, especially because my package might have been lost. It's really nice when a company goes out of their way to keep customers updated and take care of any problems that come up. I'm grateful for the team's attention to detail and good communication.
