Testing kit assistance
I got in touch with customer service because I was having trouble with an error message on my testing kit that was stopping me from taking the test. Rosie from customer service was so helpful and really paid attention to my issue. She not only answered all my questions, but she also made sure my problem was fixed quickly. On top of that, Rosie went the extra mile by calling me to let me know everything was good to go with the kit. I really appreciate her amazing help and how she worked so hard to fix my problem fast.
