Review about: JoyBuy
Set of ladybug squishies
I got some ladybug squishies from JoyBuy, but man, it wasn't a great time. It took forever for my order to show up, and when it finally did, I only got two squishies instead of the dozen I was promised. To make things worse, one of the squishies was all messed up and gross. When I contacted JoyBuy about it, they tried to blame it on some other site and at first didn't want to send me the rest of my order. I had to threaten to go off and report them to Walmart and the BBB before they agreed to give me a full refund. And get this, they even took down my review on Walmart's website and put up a new one under a different name! Now, I can't even warn others about my bad experience. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend shopping with JoyBuy. They're just not reliable or trustworthy.

I bought a Valentino purse, but Google Pay messed up the address. I quickly emailed the store and followed up with a call the next day. The people at the store were really nice and had already corrected the issue. My purse arrived the following day, and I absolutely adore it! I will definitely be shopping here again!

The folks at this company really went above and beyond to help me out. They were super helpful in finding, identifying, and running tests on my 'orphan test' right away. Not only did they email me the results quickly, but they also did extra work to track down the history info I was looking for. I gotta say, I've never had such awesome customer service before. I'm very thankful for all their help.

Men's dress socks
I bought some men's dress socks from this company not too long ago and I was pretty happy with how everything went down. The quality of the socks is top-notch, and they've got a good variety of colors and patterns to pick from. There was a little hiccup with my delivery, but the customer service folks did a solid job of letting me know what was up and took care of things in a really friendly way that you don't see much anymore. Dior t-shirt purchase
I recently bought a Dior t-shirt online but never got it. When I asked customer service about it, they said the post office delivered it to my mailbox. I live in a building with lots of units and a doorman, so it didn't make sense for the package to be in the mailbox. I tried to sort things out with customer service, but they didn't give me any helpful answers. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. My whole experience with this store was a letdown, and I won't be buying from them again.

I've bought six bags from this brand within the last year and I'm a loyal customer. The last one I bought arrived with a dent because the carrier wasn't too careful with it. But the folks at Banda Bags were quick to help me out and make sure I was happy with my purchase. I'll definitely keep shopping with them in the future. I do think they should work on their packaging though. It would be great if they added some protective covering to keep the bags safe from stains and rain during shipping.

Virtual horse game
I've been playing this virtual horse game for about a year now, and let me tell you, I love the main quest and the whole concept. But man, there are some glitches that can really get on your nerves sometimes. It's a real pain trying to get help when you need it, but I get it, they probably get bombarded with messages all day. Some people blame the game for their kids being too hooked, but c'mon, it's really up to the parents to keep an eye on things. I get that they gotta make money to keep the game going and pay the folks working on it. At the end of the day, I gotta give props to the team for all the work they've put into this game.
