Late shoe order
I ordered my shoes on May 10th and they still haven't arrived! I tried calling customer service, and they told me my order was picked up on May 12th, but I can't get ahold of them now. It seems like they're dodging my calls. I left two messages and haven't heard back. This is terrible business!

She linked my purchase to my account and gave me detailed steps on how to connect with the test proctors. Amy was really nice and professional, showing great customer service skills.
